Event Policies

Alcohol Service

If alcohol is served at your event, licensed security must be hired for the duration of alcohol service, and proof must be provided to the church prior to the event.

Decorations

Clients are responsible for removing all decorations at the conclusion of their event.

Reservation & Payment

To reserve your event date:

  • 30% non-refundable deposit due at signing

  • 50% of remaining balance due later in the payment schedule

  • Final balance due prior to the event

Damage Deposit

A $300 refundable damage deposit is required.

This deposit must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event and will be refunded within 72 hours after the event, provided the facilities are left clean and undamaged.

Clergy Officiant Fee

If a ceremony is officiated by clergy from St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, a $250 rector fee applies.
