Pastoral Care
The ministry of Pastoral Care in St. Paul’s community forms us into persons who care compassionately for each other through the cycles of our lives.
Opportunities for Pastoral Care at St. Paul’s include:
Third Sunday Healing Mass:
On the third Sunday of the month, we celebrate Mass with Healing. The clergy offer anointing for healing, while lay intercessors lay hands upon, and pray for those who desire prayer for their needs.

Intercessory Prayer Ministry:
Training is offered once a year in the ministry of healing and in intercessory prayer for members of our community who are called to a ministry of healing. Intercessors assume the responsibility of laying-on of hands and prayer for others during the healing Mass. Some intercessors rake on the responsibility to pray daily for members of our community and friends who request prayer.
Pastoral Visits:
Lay Eucharistic Ministers call upon the sick and shut-ins who desire visits. The clergy regularly visit members of our community who are in the hospital or who are ill at home.
