This weekend and beyond @ St. Paul's (3.13 - 3.15)

Dear Parish Family,

If you haven't already, please check out our parish Facebook page (and don't forget to "like" it too!). We'll post updates, photos, news stories, and events.

This Sunday (3.15) is the 3rd Sunday of the month, so we will have our Healing Mass at all services.

Please mark in your calendars next Sunday, March 22nd.  That's the day the Seeds of Hope team will be here to help us kick off our parish Seeds of Hope ministry.  The executive director, Tim Alderson, will preach at the 10 a.m. and 12 noon services.  We will have the 8 a.m. folks come to the 10 a.m.
The team will bring Coffee Hour for us and trees to plant that day in our new mini-orchard.  We will be erecting our gardens in the next weeks.  There will be vegetable/herb beds in the side yard next to the parking lot, and raised beds on wheels in the courtyard.  We will be asking you to bring a plant or donate $3 for one.  Then families and/or teams will sign up for caring for the beds on a rotational basis. So this will be "our garden" and the bulk of the produce will go to help feed those in need.

Nutrition Education and Cooking classes for the general public will begin on Tuesday, April 14th at 5:30pm in the Sophia Room.  We are also part of a grant to have "pop-up" produce markets in our parish hall.  More about this in the future.

These are exciting adventures and new steps for St. Paul's.  Pray the success of the Seeds of Hope Ministries in our Diocese.

Blessings,

Fr. Mark+
