The Wellness Project for 2016-2017 at St. Paul's is made possible by a Community Wellbeing Grant from Tri-City Mental Health. In an effort to promote emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being for our parishioners and all who consider St. Paul's a spiritual and social home base, we have established the following programs for 2016/2017:

  • A "Wednesday Wellness" speaker series to help begin critical dialogues about pressing issues related to mental, emotional, and social health. These evenings are free and open to the public. Please join us!
  • An 8 Week class in the Way of Radical Compassion, a course designed by Frank Rogers at the Center for Engaged Compassion and facilitated by our own Deacon Dennis Sheridan (a certified course facilitator)
  • Renovations of our Upper Room space for future use for private support group meetings (Photos coming soon!)
  • ...& more! Stay tuned, and click the links above for more information about our programs.

Prayer for Those in Mental Darkness (Episcopal Book of Common Prayer)

O HEAVENLY Father, we beseech thee to have mercy upon all thy children who are living in mental darkness. Restore them to strength of mind and cheerfulness of spirit, and give them health and peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
